NFI is one of a few companies world-wide producing a fully compatible fibre optic emergency shut down and communications systems for LNG Terminals & Carriers.
The system allows for berthing LNG or LPG vessels to connect with a jetty based fibre optic communication system. It transmits voice, hotline, mooring data and ESD communication between ship/shore, without the transfer of electrical signals.
